I seriously need someone to school me on Solana Tell me everything you know, chat To me it seems that’s where all the action is in crypto rn Is it “sufficiently decentralized?” Would you put your entire life savings into it?

China just banned the export of seven elements that the entire American defense industry needs to function. They are required to build the F-35. The Tomahawk. The Patriot missile. The Aegis radar that shields every aircraft carrier in the Navy. The electric motor in your Tesla. The vibration motor in your iPhone. The MRI machine at your local hospital. The United States produces zero of these elements at industrial scale. The seven banned elements are samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium. The export ban took effect in April. Beijing also added export licensing requirements on every magnet that contains any of them. That means every motor, every guidance system, every advanced sonar, every kind of precision-guided munition needs a stamp from a Chinese ministry to leave the country. China has not been issuing the stamps quickly. They are issuing them strategically. F-35 fighters cannot be assembled without samarium-cobalt magnets that hold their place at high temperature. Lockheed Martin disclosed the supply risk in its 2024 10-K filing in language carefully scrubbed for public consumption. The defense supply chain has roughly six months of inventory before the line stops. China did not luck into this position. They built it on purpose over three decades. Deng Xiaoping told the Chinese politburo in 1992 that the Middle East had oil and China had rare earths. Beijing then drove every Western processor out of the market by undercutting on price for two decades. The Mountain Pass mine in California, the only US source of light rare earths, went bankrupt in 2015 because Chinese suppliers were selling at below cost. It only restarted because the Pentagon backstopped the financing. Today China processes more than 90 percent of the world's rare earth oxides. China makes more than 90 percent of the world's rare earth magnets. The closest non-China supplier is Lynas in Australia, which processes its raw material in Malaysia. The second-closest is USA Rare Earth, which does not yet have a working refinery. A single export ban from a single Chinese ministry can shut down American military production. It can also raise the price of every electric motor on the planet. Goldman Sachs estimates the supply gap at 23,000 tonnes through 2030 if nothing changes. Nothing has changed. HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM THIS: 1. Long MP Materials (MP). Operates the Mountain Pass mine and is building the only American rare earth processing and magnet facility currently financed to industrial scale. Department of Defense contract. Apple gave them $200 million in 2021 to lock up future production. The market still trades them like a junior miner. They are the only domestic supply. 2. Long USA Rare Earth (USAR). Just went public via SPAC. Building a refinery in Oklahoma. Pure beta to the policy. 3. Long Energy Fuels (UUUU). Processes rare earths as a byproduct of its uranium and vanadium operations in Utah. Already producing. 4. Long Lynas Rare Earths (LYSCF on the OTC, LYC on the ASX). The largest non-China rare earth processor in the world. 5. Long the magnet maker downstream. Neo Performance Materials (NEO. TO) makes the bonded magnets that go into electric power steering, hard drive actuators, and MRI machines. Hitachi Metals, now Proterial, is publicly traded in Japan. I'm hosting a once-in-a-lifetime free webinar where I go over the exact things I know as a former banker and world class investor. 100 percent free to join. (deng xiaoping told his politburo in 1992 that the middle east had oil and china had rare earths. then he spent thirty years buying every refinery and shutting down every western competitor. the f-35 cannot be built without his work. neither can your iphone. the export license is now a chinese ministry stamp. the stamp can be denied tomorrow.)

🇹🇼🇺🇸🇨🇳 Are you paying attention to the military build-up near Taiwan yet? The U.S., Japan, and the Philippines are running live missile strikes and beach landing drills on an island just off Taiwan's northern tip. China responded by sailing its carrier Liaoning with J-15 fighters nearby and reiterating Taiwan as its red line. The South China Sea has never looked more like a powder keg than it does right now.
