@TeamTwiizers so i want to use jellyfin predominantly and even started with it, but my wife watches content on her ps5 and jellyfin doesnt have a native ps5 app sadly. if it did i wouldnt even have considered plex.

I understand doing price hikes but this is objectively bad capitalism. There are free alternatives that are just as good if not better than Plex in many scenarios. The only thing Plex has at this point is name recognition and that is not worth $750 to most people. Plex is dead

@taiyougetsu @Pokemon its onvoarding is easier but also my fully speed invested mega Gardevoir got outsped by non mega meganium and kanga, neither were scarfed and the game is kinda a buggy mess 7.2/10

@Pokemon Champions is aggressively mid and is not a good platform for 2026 worlds as is. Casuals have an easy to understand, VGC-lite format which may be the goal, but it's lacking for competitive. That being said, it's a better experience in-battle than SV ranked

@cecililytweets got it, yeah those ones have thrown me for a loop too 😭. they seemed to be spaced out evenly across all pokemon at 8 points, 20 points, and 32 points of investment.

@taiyougetsu it is almost exactly what people were begging for "please just rerelease gen 3 on the switch" was so common and i think doing it at half the original cost of the game is a pretty fair way of doing it

@FlygonHG I think the comments section here is missing that this happens at EVERY level once your friendship is high enough. The complaint isn't that Crobat is locked behind post game. It's that you have to go to the evo screen dozens of times for no reason

The single most insane decision in any Pokémon Game is to make it so that Golbat cannot evolve in FRLG until the post-game, but still play the evolution animation every single time it levels up, and I'm just happy an entire new generation will get to experience it.
