Dear @TheOfficialSBI , Is this is your definition for digital India 😅, with all the YONO yapping. Does SBI not follow the RBI Master Direction on Periodic Updation (2026)? Why force me to a branch for a process that should be digital? Emails to the branch are never answered 🤦

@OfficialSBICare Just spent 30 mins on your helpline. One agent says KYC is updated, another says it's not, and the third says you 'don't have an option' to even file a complaint. I have the full recording of your agents refusing to register a grievance. Is this SBI's official policy now? @RBI

@OfficialSBICare I have been using SBI internet banking for 10+ years now and yes I've tried the website and whatsapp. Please stop covering the mistakes and service denial. I've sent multiple mails to the branch and filled forms with no proper support. Attaching a screenshot of the WhatsApp

@balaji_ravada Camera: Works fine for me though. No complaints OS/UIUX: again is fantastic. I love the way they apply icon packs universally and after 4.0 it works well with 3rd party launcher gestures Updates: Gets every alternate month and couldn't ask for more from a brand new company
