ଶିଶୁ ବାଟିକା ଓ ପ୍ରଥମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରେ ନାମଲେଖାଇବାକୁ ଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଅପ୍ରେଲ ୨ ରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା “ପ୍ରବେଶ ଉତ୍ସବ ଓ ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ” ରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରିବାପାଇଁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ସାଂସଦ, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର, ଶ୍ରୀ ବଳଭଦ୍ର ମାଝୀ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଅଭିଭାବକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।

ପ୍ରବେଶ ଉତ୍ସବ ଓ ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ପ୍ରଥମ ସୋପାନକୁ ଆମେ ସ୍ବାଗତ ଜଣାଉଛୁ । ସମାନ ସୁଯୋଗ, ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ସହିତ ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଗଢ଼ିବାରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହଭାଗିତାକୁ ସାଦର ସ୍ଵାଗତ । ଅଭିଭାବକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ପବିତ୍ର ଅବସରରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭାଗ ନେବାକୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ।

Dr. N. Thirumala Naik, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, chaired a coordination meeting with Directors and senior officers to comprehensively review the implementation of key policy decisions. The meeting focused on assessing the progress of departmental schemes, programme expenditure, the status of CM’s grievances, teacher recruitment, legal matters, and pending pension cases.

ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାର ଆଇନ୍‌ ୨୦୦୯ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଧାରା ୧୨(୧)(ଗ) ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅନଗ୍ରସର ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବେସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ ସ୍ତରରେ ନିଃଶୁଳ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆର୍.ଟି.ଇ ପାରଦର୍ଶୀ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ୍ rteparadarshi.odisha.gov.in/odisha ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଉଛି। ତେବେ ଚଳିତ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧୦ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୦ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ପାରଦର୍ଶୀ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିଲେ । ୪୪୩୮ ବେସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ୫୪୩୫୫ ସିଟ୍ ପାଇଁ ସମୁଦାୟ ୪୪୭୭୭ ଅନଲାଇନ୍ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ବ୍ଲକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ମୂଳ ପ୍ରମାଣ ପତ୍ର ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରି ୩୫୮୦୦ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ରକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବିବେଚିତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପାରଦର୍ଶୀ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ (Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) Odisha) ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଲଟେରୀ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଚୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ୨୭୩୭୦ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ନାମଲେଖା ପାଇଁ ଲଟେରୀ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଚୟନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ବ୍ଲକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ବେସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଚୟନ ହୋଇଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ନାମ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବେ। ବେସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୩୧ ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନାମ ଲେଖାଯିବ। ଏହି ନାମଲେଖା ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଃଶୁଳ୍କ ଅଟେ ଏବଂ ବେସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ କୌଣସି ଅର୍ଥ ଅଭିଭାବକମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ନେଇପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ଯଦି ଏହାକୁ କୌଣସି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଖିଲାପ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ଆଇନ୍ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ଏନେଇ ଏକ ସହାୟତା ନମ୍ବର- ୧୮୦୦୩୪୫୬୭୨୨ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି।

The first round of online student allotment for FY 2026–27 through the RTE Paradarshi Portal was successfully conducted today via a centralized online lottery. Out of 44,777 applications, 35,800 were verified, and 27,360 students have been allotted seats in 4,438 private schools under Section 12(1)(c) of the RCFCE Act, 2009. Over 4.50 lakh learners across Odisha appeared for the 2nd Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) 2026 conducted today under the New India Literacy Programme (NILP) – Understanding of Lifelong Learning for All in Society (ULLAS) initiative. Officials from the Government of India, along with the Director of Elementary Education (DEE) and other State Government officials, closely supervised and monitored the assessment across the state. The test was conducted smoothly and successfully, marking an important step towards strengthening adult literacy and foundational learning in Odisha.

Day 2 of the National UDISE+ Conference in Bhubaneswar focused on best practices and strengthening education data systems. States shared initiatives to improve data quality and reporting, while representatives from CBSE and other boards emphasised greater alignment. Dr. N. Thirumala Naik, Commissioner-cum-Secretary highlighted the importance of continuous data improvement for evidence-based planning. Delegates were felicitated as the conference concluded.

The two-day National Conference on UDISE+ commenced today in Bhubaneswar, hosted by the School & Mass Education Department, Govt. of Odisha. Inaugurated by Shri Dheeraj Sahu, Addl. Secy., MoE, the conference brings together senior officials from DoSEL, Samagra Shiksha, KVS, Education Boards & States/UTs to strengthen data-driven educational planning. Key focus areas: data quality, real-time validation, digital integration & capacity building to advance #NEP2020 and evidence-based governance.

Shri Sambit Kumar Nayak, Director, Text Book Production and Marketing (TBPM) visited several institutions in Jharsuguda district to review the on-ground implementation of key flagship programmes of the Department. The visit included Govt UG High School Siriapali, Govt UPS Raghunathpali, OAV Patrapali of Kolabira Block, OAV Mudrajore (Laikera Block). During the visit, he interacted with students and staff and assessed the progress of ongoing initiatives, emphasizing effective programme implementation and continued efforts towards strengthening the quality of education.
