Despite raising a complaint a week ago, no work has been done on the railway quarter. Groundwork is still zero. My father submitted a written application 1.5 months ago, but nothing has changed. Since I'm not a railway employee, I can't file through HRMS @RailwaySeva @drm_drmizn
