The usual suspects on BBC Scotland are already out of control interrupting SNP politicians mid-answer. Laura Maxwell was at it today when interviewing Shirley-Anne Somerville. Martin Geissler did it this morning with Màiri McAllan as did Gary Robertson yesterday. It has to be stamped out.

The SNP may still be in government, but their support is falling. Votes down. Seats down. Vote share down.

A pub in Nottingham decided we as right wingers are not welcome. This right wing discrimination is prevalent and the police always protect businesses instead of us

@little_pengelly Only one way to find this out. Border polls and referendums. Dont conflate elections of politicians with how people would vote in referendum. I am labour who wants an indy scot. Dont dare classify me as a union supporter just because the way i vote in an election

Nationalists are trying to spin, spin, spin - so what are the FACTS 👇👇. The Union remains STRONG with clear Pro-Union majorities in Scotland and Wales. In Northern Ireland we are not "led" by a "pro-independence" FM - it is a joint role with a Unionist. In addition, it is Unionism that is the biggest grouping in the Northern Ireland Assembly, not nationalism. Ignore those who are desperately seeking a headline from the recent results, and look at the facts. It would better serve those who are spin, spin, spinning today to get on with the business of delivering for people on health, education and on improving lives. #SinnFeinSpinFein

@LivvyJohn Irish border poll can happen every 7 years if she likes. What does scotland have to do to get another one? Civil disobediance? Do you want violence on the street? Probably not.

The snp are a bunch of chancers. Less than 48 hours after the snp failed to gain a majority and here the clown is banging on about another referendum. Scotland said No. No means no. Not sure which part of that he doesn’t understand.

BREAKING: John Swinney has confirmed he plans to request another independence referendum from Westminster The First Minister said he still plans to hold a vote on a Section 30 order, though the SNP did not achieve a majority

To every Scottish Labour candidate, activist and volunteer across Scotland - thank you. We've run a positive campaign focused on hope, change and the future Scotland deserves. And to everyone who voted for change - thank you for putting your trust in Scottish Labour. From every leaflet delivered to every door knocked, you’ve carried our message with pride and determination. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

For the first time in a generation, we have the chance to change the government here in Scotland. On Thursday 7 May, make sure to use both votes for Scottish Labour to deliver the change Scotland needs.

The County Corner
The County Corner@thecountycorner·
An absolutely terrible decision from the club. We all expected a mass clear out of players but Jordan absolutely did not deserve to be part of it - It’s ridiculous to not even offer him a contract. He always gave absolutely everything on the park during his five and a half years at County - He’s one of very few who did not let himself or the club down with his commitment levels and performances this season. Off the park, his experience and leadership would have been so important to aid the development of the younger strikers like Calum Brown and Joe Coyle - In my opinion, I think there was a decent argument that he could have been the captain next season. He received endless amounts of undeserved criticism from certain individuals but most fans would agree that we were a much better team when he was in the side - He occupied defenders and created space for others to play and try and hurt the opposition. Considering that Jordan’s wife is heavily pregnant and due to give birth in the coming days, the timing of this decision looks even worse given the uncertainty it’ll cause for him and his family at this time. Based on the dedication he’s shown to the club on and off the park, Jordan’s County career didn’t deserve to end like this - If this is what the “reset” that fans were promised is going to look like, then it’s off to a horrendous start.
