@RemmieGBF i understand that but even then in germany if you have a working contract you cant get fired on the same morning you coming into work, you chef has to tell you at least 1 month before and give you a certificate so you can apply easier for a new job!

@noticemesalt When the site is nearing completion and we dont have enough room at other sites that how it goes I have a better chance of getting a new site due to my time/skill but who knows at the current state of things where I live. Most contractors are not wanting to start new projects
