It seems you have a misunderstanding about how large e2e models work: it is not a see-and-react software. It recognizes a pattern signature (flashing light reflections and traffic behavior changes) and behaves as if there’s an emergency vehicle, even if it hasn’t seen the vehicle's body yet.

Finally hit the beloved money goal of $10k+/m this month. a fully honest breakdown of it all.
Since I got into the ecom scene, I've been really adamant on just building brands and then doing graphic design here and there.
I would mainly do websites and then statics here and there, but I couldn't crack success with ecom. I won't go too much into detail, but there were a ton of errors I've made along the way and things that I didn't do that I should've, and sadly revenue isn't profit.
I started a brand that I've been tweeting about but it's been built organically and very slow. Without much to do at the time I decided to pick up some static ads positions as I knew I was quite skilled. Got my first client(thanks @abdushodmonov ) and instantly got into it. I quickly grew in terms of creative strategy and copywriting, and also improving in design. I had always thought I could get amazing results if I had the opportunity and it felt amazing to finally be able to see that.
However I still wanted to just treat graphic design as a side thing. But with college and switching to online classes, I had no will or motivation left to do any work or be in college. So I finally really took some time to think, and came to the reality that the best thing to do is just focus on doing statics. And I've signed 5+ clients within a month. It's honestly been surreal breaking past limiting beliefs, I always knew that I would eventually get to this point and soon beyond(I know the number is nothing crazy due to the inflation on twitter, but it's still important to me). Although I think following your passions is very important, realism is definitely as well especially in terms of knowing your skill set.
Looking back now I definitely wish I had started focusing on design work earlier, as it was honestly dumb to not take advantage of what I'm the best at and is basically blocking off a channel of abundance.
I'm now finally making my first hires and am excited to scale this previously one man agency into something real. I've always hated the thought of delegating and hiring. But actually doing it now has been super fun and I know it will be essential in helping my agency grow but also for the quality of work for the brands I work with.
Although my ideal scenario has always been to be my own boss, and there's a lot of gripes about doing service work. I've come to really enjoy the work I'm doing. My clients have all been amazing so far, and I think one thing that helps is picking real quality brands. The job turns from just a job into a mission of actually helping get beneficial products into the hands of people who need them.
I'm super excited for the future and 2026, my goal isn't to have some crazy 100k/m agency but a smaller client size of like 10-15 amazing brands. I'm always dealing with sampling and trying to hopefully get production for my brand I've been posting about before BFCM but the timeline looks sketch. But I'm really planning on scaling that brand up over next year through facebook and amazon. Have another brand with some partners that is currently in the sampling phase and plan on taking that to 100k/m by BFCM. I know the skill level I'm at now and can't wait to finally be able to do it for my own brands, and I'm patiently waiting.
Just wanted to post this and be pretty transparent with my journey and hope it can help inspire someone. I know everyone you see is doing crazy numbers on here, so for the people who haven't found success yet I hope this can help in some way and might be more relatable. Thanks for reading and I wish everyone an amazing Q4

@vladtenev Thank you, Vlad. I made an 8,000 share investment in HOOD 14 months ago. At the time it was maybe my fifth or sixth largest position. Today it’s my largest position & close to a million dollar position. I love your vision and the product! Congrats to you and your team! 👏 🥳 🎉
