UPDATE: The severity of the incident with our London DC has escalated and several hours ago we started our disaster recovery procedure. We are now restoring servers from offsite backups in our Amsterdam location and gradually putting them back online.
@eurochilli@grays_douglas@Adam16354296@SiteGround Google fixed their problem at 23:45 last night. Siteground appear to have waited another 9.5 hours after that before starting to fix the knock-on issues.
@SiteGround 30 of my sites have been down for 15 hours now guys! Google said they fixed the issue ages ago. Can we have some transparency please? Why is it still so bad for you when Google say it's fixed? What is the ETA?
