Our Fire Protection Team are going to be out within our communities offering reassurance and safety advice to businesses for #BusinessSafetyWeek 🗓️ 17th September we will be visiting businesses in Worksop 🗓️ 19th September we will be visiting businesses in Retford

Today, North Notts BID has visited a range of North Notts Indies and BID Member businesses across Worksop & Retford with the Notts Fire & Rescue Servicers. The NFRS team will be around in both towns next week to complete fire safety visits, providing information packs & advice 🔥

Over the next two days, Worksop Fire Station, Mansfield Fire Station and Edwinstowe Fire Station will be around the Church Warsop area... 🚒 Fire crews will be carrying out Safe and Well Visits, giving fire safety advice and fitting free smoke alarms where necessary.

This week, it's been a year since the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 came into force. Those responsible for high-rise residential buildings in Notts must ensure fire safety information is made readily available to their residents and submit relevant information to NFRS.

We are currently dealing with an RTC on the A46 Northbound, where a vehicle has overturned. There may be an increase in traffic around this area, so please plan your journey's accordingly and avoid the area where possible.
