@AcethemDigital Fuck man 1500 is super low, how much are you aiming to lose per week? My lowest was 1800 and that was pushing it for me

91.8kg down to 86.9kg
Aiming for 83kg but that’s a hard 3 weeks and I have like 5 dinners in that time at heavy meat and carb restaurants 😢
Must fight the urge to gorge.. and I have a torn quad and calf from footy so I can’t even cardio my way out of it 😂
Restricted down to 1500 calories a day now and will probs finish on 1100 👀

@PimpWinneche Its far easier to stop people from overconsuming sugar than to convince them to exercise enough to need the sugar they're already eating.

The crusade against sugar will go down in history as some of the dumbest shit we humans tell ourself.
If you’re active, you need sugar ( it’s energy, plain and simple)
If you’re not active, you should become active for 999 different health reasons.
Too much sugar for a non active person is a bad thing
Too little sugar for an active person can be bad thing

@ZuGsVisuals If you do start to get fatigue though, consider taking a 'diet break' where you go back to maintenance calories for a few weeks/months. This will give your body some time to recover, especially helpful if you run into a plateau. But again fantastic work so far, you're doing great

@ZuGsVisuals Of course you probably have a plan, and know your own body, so do what works for you. From the knowledge I have you want around 1.5-2g protein per kg of body weight during a fat loss phase and no more than 1% body weight loss per week.

@ZuGsVisuals 15-20k steps is incredible, well done I applaud you for that. 100g protein seems quite low though? A 1500kcal deficit is pretty extreme too. Just be careful you aren't going too hard too fast. Weight loss is great but if a large portion of it is muscle that's not good. 1/2

@BarstoolNate @TbobSmith I have the same brand and its extremely inaccurate. If u gained that much weight in such a short time, very little of it is likely to be muscle

@TbobSmith Yeah it tracks everything, not positive of the accuracy it’s like an $80 smart scale but I mostly just wanted to track weight anyway
