If a person starts screaming, they are beaten physically or shocked with electricity,” Lubinets said. Russia has returned to Ukraine the bodies of 375 military personnel and civilians who were verified as prisoners. Of the verified Ukrainian prisoners of war, 149 were tortured to death. He also emphasized the lack of international response.
