I do not think that people with young children have ANY business going on reality tv dating shows. Single parents deserve love and romantic lives, I am a single mom, I get it. But your dating life and desire for fame are nowhere near as important as protecting your child’s privacy and mental/emotional/physical health and if you cannot date without putting those things first you are neither a good parent NOR a good romantic partner.

@noyeahobviously The last season of Love is Blind was brutal when the single mom worked so hard to make sure he was right before he met her daughter and it ended exactly like she didn’t want. He didn’t even say goodbye to the daughter.

I’m a cishet monogamous person (despite my BEST efforts over the years) but none of that matters with men like that—they take any orientation that doesn’t center them personally and fail to realize they could be having a better time if they had better personalities and weren’t ugly.
