@iamyourfarmer I drove to Marion this weekend and was amazed how good the beans looked! Ours had wilted some before finally getting some good rain this weekend. The upland definitely took a hit but still ought to be a lot better than the last 3 years still

I asked our crop scout what he thought the dryland beans would do this week. He said 50. I have to assume he was sandbagging a little. We got 1.5” last night. I’m guessing KS is going to be close to 2x APH on a lot of dryland bean acres. We do need some sun though.

@iamyourfarmer We've got some cupped enlist. Some next to wheat stubble, the other next to late Milo and wheat stubble

There had been a date restriction for dicamba for a couple of yrs and enlist beans were still getting nailed because guys either 1) ignored it or 2) forced in bad conditions to beat the date restriction. This summer enlist beans all look good. Farmers don’t follow rules.
