‼️ATHLETE INTERVIEW🗣️🎙️‼️ ▫️When Carter Kropke first joined us, he was 74-76mph. Last November he sat 81-84 T-85. Now? Sitting 84-85 and topping 86.5🔥 But what makes his story bigger than just velocity is the mindset👇🏼 ▫️In his own words—what’s helped him grow isn’t just the training, but the culture at BSF. Surrounding himself with people who push him to get better every day. ▫️He understands that development isn’t only about being physically prepared, but mentally locked in too. That’s where the biggest breakthroughs happen. ▫️On top of that, he drives an hour and a half each way from Crystal Lake, IL—4-5 days a week—to train in-house. When he’s in-season, he stays locked in with our BSF App remotely. That’s sacrifice. That’s commitment. This is why he’s seeing success. The environment. The system. The mindset. Super proud of Carter and the work he’s put in—he’s just getting started💪🏼 TRUST. THE. PROCESS. 🙌🏼
