After nearly five years, I’ll be saying goodbye as co host of Thunder and Lightning and Friday will be my last show. What a ride it has been with @brianhadad. I jumped on board just before the national title run in 2021 and we’ve seen some massive ups and downs with Mississippi State sports with so many fun times in between. This podcast has literally changed my life, and it never gets old meeting those of you out and about who tell me how much you’ve loved this show. Thank you all for the support over the years and I’ll catch you down the road.

Last week vs Denver, Josh Allen and the Bills had 11 possessions…0 punts. Patriots punted on all but 2 of their possessions. Allen put up 30 points, on the road, against this Broncos defense WHILE turning the ball over 4 times. That's just insane. And it makes me sick.

It’s pretty evident this game being in Denver ultimately doomed Buffalo, home field advantage matters. Officials are human. They don’t wanna essentially put Buffalo up 8 late by calling the Riley Moss DPI. They didn’t wanna give Cooks the catch he deserved and end it like that in front of a crowd that would have eviscerated them. Same thing when they changed their standards for the two DPIs late. They aren’t incompetent, they’re cowards.
