@npoleary hi Nick could you please let me know if you have did a post on Ottocast ? As I just got mine for my GLE but for the love of god I can’t get it to play ! I can hear it through the system but nothing on screen, and I am pulling hair out ! Thank you so much

You’ll find that modern LED’s are quite bright but modern light systems like on Mercedes should automatically make a cutout of the oncoming car. Just bear in mind that I’m pretty sure it won’t take into account hills and inclines etc in the road. So this can dazzle oncoming road users in some situations. It is only an assistance system so if it’s not working in a particular situation then toggle it off. It will not be 100% accurate all of the time. But…if you think it’s not working, get someone who works for them to check it out 🙏

@npoleary hi Nick could you please help with some advice? On my GLE I put the auto hi beam lights on and they seem to be working fine ie reading signs and moving on the road fine, but the cars on opposite side are flashing as if I am blinding them is this a fault ?

YouTube doesn’t punish you if you take breaks from uploading Trust me lol.. The algorithm doesn’t stop liking you because you took a week or month off BUT your audience might.. Why? Well they’re people at the end of the day If you stop posting, they’ll find someone else to watch and have less interest in you Algorithms don’t punish breaks. They’ll still push your content But it’s up to the people if they want to click. Come back with a GOOD video (maybe remake a video that did well for you before) and you can get the ball rolling again

Sold my Mercedes...what should I go for next?

@Sakrasta1 Usually when car brands introduce a new car there’s a walkaround first look, then a drive, then it arrives in the UK. That’s what they sometimes do. Mercedes announced it a few months back so usually it’s within 6 months of the announcement date…so Soon hopefully!
