@UIDAI Dear Concerned, I had applied for my daughter's name change on 30-Nov-2023. I have the URN receipt copy for the same. There has been no update on my submitted request. On the contrary, when I try to get updates for the same, it says the URN is invalid.

@UIDAI Hello, URN number is S1383969352000. I approved my daughters address change from my ID as a head. Surprisingly your team closes the request without completing and when I checked, saying do not have such requests. Completely unresponsiveness.

@UIDAI 80 days past but till my son Aadhar update didn’t happen. Didn’t received any SMS . Even raising complaints didn’t resolve the issue.
