@DiggersOfNews Thats wishful thinking sir, the best approach is to connection with the people and deliver. Not everything that comes to your mind must come out of your mouth.

@DiggersOfNews Lol....you are all wasting your time and resources...the opposite has no strategic plan. Love him or hate him but ni HH na UPND apa fye!
@HHichilema@eliasmunshya Zambia moves you, not a slogan that sales Zambia but the intention is welcoming and pushing Zambia in the right place. For example these are slogans we should have used:-
“Zambia: Africa’s Hidden Power.”
“Zambia: Beyond the Expected.
Today, we launched the Brand Zambia Corporate Day at Mulungushi International Conference Centre. With the slogan, “Zambia Moves You,” we pledged to move Zambia forward together, and to build a bold, united, and prosperous future for our people. 🇿🇲
@BuyoyaJonah@DailyNationZM Thats like Christmas for the two Chinese guys, they have to be charged and sentenced only after they serve their sentence they can be deportation
The Zambian Labour Ministry has recommended deporting 2 Chinese nationals filmed restraining a Zamfresh worker. The Labour Commissioner said anyone that does such a thing would be “kicked out of the country” because rules exist that must govern how grievances are handled.
In Zambia, many opposition leaders are in court, prison, exile, or dead. One of them, Raphael Nakacinda, is in jail for calling Hichilema ignorant; another, Fred M’membe, has just been arrested for asking Hichilema to let the family of former president Lungu bury their loved one.
A PRESIDENT WITH RARE INTEGRITY.
In 1989 the then Zambian President, Dr. Kenneth Kaunda's biogical son, Kambarage Kaunda shot someone to death. The Son was arrested, prosecuted and spent time in jail while his father was the Head of State. Dr Kaunda refused to get involved saying he couldn't interfere with the Law.
It is actulally believed that President Kaunda himself, went to the police and got his own son locked up in Jail.
THIS KIND OF INTEGRITY IS RARE.
Zimbabwe's cabinet has approved draft laws that will allow President Emmerson Mnangagwa, 83, to extend his stay in office until at least 2030. Presidents would be chosen by MPs rather than in a direct vote and could serve a maximum of two seven-year terms.

I have rising anxiety about 2031, when a UPND stampede for succession adds to opposition chaos. UPND has a weak to absent internal democracy + no recognisable transition plan. Makes for an all round mad 2026 - 2031 term of office for citizens who don't matter in the equation.
@JitoKayumba Wrong place to build a dam. Go back to the drawing board please. Kariba was meant to supply power to Zimbabwe do your research, you have to build the dam up north where we have a wonderful rain pattern. Don't just agree, do your research!

Zambia and Zimbabwe have committed to a joint venture to build the $4.2 billion Batoka Gorge hydropower plant, a 2,400-megawatt facility near Victoria Falls.
Funding Commitment: Each country will contribute $220 million toward the project. A newly formed committee will focus on raising further funds for the public infrastructure and exploring equity partnerships to ensure financial viability.
Current Progress: After being delayed by the pandemic and funding issues, engineering and environmental studies have officially begun. The Zambezi River Authority (ZRA) has already appointed technical, legal, and financial consultants.
Strategic Goal: The project aims to provide a stable electricity supply for both nations in addition to the large scale solar and thermal projects.
I got my son’s school acceptance from Friend’s of Jesus’ and honestly, I am happy. If you have a child with special needs, please go and check out their services. My son wrote his Grade 7 exams from there and he got great results. Let’s not hide our children with special needs.
