In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court today concluded that New Jersey’s demand for the complete donor list of a pro-life pregnancy center could be heard in federal court. In its ruling in First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, Inc. v. Davenport, the Court cited NTUF’s amicus curiae brief on the matter. ntu.org/foundation/det…

@InstFreeSpeech Judge Readler asks if there are documents proving the IRS doesn’t use it and it doesn’t promote voluntary compliance. He notes that no one knows except IRS. Doesn’t that mean there should be discovery here? (IRS has long fought discovery on how much it uses this info.)
