This piece is picking up some aspects but fails to get to the core of this “unbalanced equation”..
And my personal addendum: Tshisekedi promised what is not even “his”… he doesn’t even own.

En octubre de 2024, en Antalya (Turquía), Kivanç Şensöz (31 años, ex boxeador y entrenador) golpeó brutalmente a un florista de 29 años, Esref Yunus Yildirici.
El motivo: el florista publicó en redes sociales una foto del ramo de flores que vendió a la esposa de Şensöz (la foto fue tomada por su hermana y compartida para promocionar el negocio). Şensöz llegó al depósito de flores, lo atacó con un fuerte puñetazo en la cabeza y patadas. El joven sufrió fractura de cráneo y hemorragia cerebral, entró en coma y falleció 😭😭. El agresor fue condenado a cadena perpetua por homicidio intencional.

Vous voulez savoir pourquoi personne ne prend l'ancien président Joseph Kabila et ses alliés rwandais au sérieux? Parce qu’ils décrivent un Congo en ruine… pendant que les faits racontent exactement l’inverse. Les chiffres ne mentent pas: le FMI annonce que le PIB de la RDC atteindra 123 milliards de dollars en 2026, dépassant celui de l’Éthiopie. Résultat : la RDC devient la 5ᵉ économie d’Afrique subsaharienne sous le leadership du président Félix Tshisekedi. Voilà donc le “Congo qui s’effondre” selon leurs discours. La réalité est simple : pendant que certains fabriquent un récit politique, les indicateurs économiques, eux, ne mentent pas. Et le Congo vaincra cette association des agresseurs!

South Africa won’t allow Starlink to be licensed, even though I was BORN THERE, simply because I am not Black!
We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle.
Racism should not be rewarded no matter to which race it is applied.

Why Elon Musk is RIGHT to fight South Africa’s racist rules blocking Starlink? Imagine this: Long ago, South Africa had very unfair laws called apartheid. They treated Black people badly and kept them from good jobs and money. When those bad laws ended, the country made new rules (called B-BBEE) to help Black people get a fair share of business. The idea was good – like a big helping hand. But now? For companies like Starlink to sell fast internet, they MUST give away 30% of their business to Black partners. Just because of skin color. Elon Musk was born in South Africa. He left as a teen to chase big dreams. Today, his company SpaceX wants to bring Starlink – super fast satellite internet – to South Africa. But the rules say no unless they give up part of the company. Elon said it right: “Starlink is not allowed because I’m not Black.” SpaceX promised to spend about $30 million (that’s 500 million rand!) to give FREE high-speed internet to 5,000 rural schools. That helps over 2.4 MILLION kids every year learn better, get jobs later, and have a brighter future. Real help for the people who need it most! Starlink already works in about 24 other African countries. Villages there now have internet for school, doctors, and business. South Africa’s villages are missing out because of these racist rules. Elon isn’t asking for special favors. He just wants fair play so Starlink can connect everyone fast. Internet = education, jobs, hope. Why hold back millions of kids over rules that pick by race and color?

Quand vous suivez la communication de Félix Tshisekedi, vous avez l’impression qu’au Congo, ça tire de partout et que les gens meurent tous les jours, ce qui est vrai en partie.
Mais lui-même, en tant que chef d’État, affiche une attitude qui laisse croire que le pays est en parfaite santé : présent à toutes les fêtes, exposition de vêtements de marque… On dirait un adolescent qui rattrape une jeunesse frustrée en récupérant ses moments de gloire.
Félix #Tshisekedi est vraiment une malédiction pour le Congo.
