Genetik çalışmalardan hesaplamalı biyolojiye, beyin tümörü epigenetiğinden en yeni tedavi yöntemlerine kadar yaptıkları çalışmalar, tıbbın geleceğini şekillendiriyor ve birçok insana umut oluyor. Bu ilham veren kadınlar, yalnızca bilimin sınırlarını zorlamakla kalmıyor, aynı zamanda her yerdeki kız çocukları ve kadınlara büyük hayaller kurmaları ve cesaretle liderlik etmeleri için ilham veriyor. We found that network trimming through graphlets plays a crucial role in improving the performance of network inference.

Propagation is followed by interaction selection based on edge flux, effectively addressing challenges in network modeling such as the inclusion of false positive nodes and edges, as well as accounting for the dominance of hubs and obscure context-specific relationships.
