@HP How does one reach support for actual issues? Community support forum is a waste of time. AI chat bot is a waste of time. So many frustrated customers with no answers. Personally, I can't scan in color anymore.

@Qantas truly the most awful flight experience I’ve had in years. 12 hours with no in-flight entertainment and no overhead lights for a whole plane; no compensation for passengers, impossible to lay a complaint that’s taken seriously.
