My bad, didn't realize my comment would be seen as being a douchebag. I posted that out of concern for myself and the Deaf community in the evac zone and surrounding areas. In most emergency management cases, the agencies would immediately get an ASL interpreter or turn on live CC.

I see on your profile that you are apparently deaf. Please have some respect for the work these people are doing and the urgency under which they are operating. This was not a polished statement, they probably recorded this 2 minutes before posting. You’re a dev, show your expertise and generate closed captions using whisper or something and contribute. You are coming across like an entitled douchebag.

@VicVijayakumar hey just a heads up - was browsing your website and just tried to go to engineeringadvice.dev from your Links section, but looks like the cert is self-signed by EC2 and that domain has HSTS set so browsers won't go any further. Planning to fix that?

@VicVijayakumar np! :) also, i know that site is podcasts, but do they have transcripts? i'm deaf and could use Apple's Live Captions or Chrome live captions too, but transcripts would be super helpful.
