I'm not sure if there's a scam going on at Bermuda park Nuneaton.
Yesterday I ordered through the app. When I went to collect, I was told payment hadn't gone through. Problem with the system. So I paid cash.
I discovered today. Online payment went through as well.
@McDonaldsUK after complaining about your app crashing in when collecting an order. You asked me to dm you. Did that. Provided all the information you asked for. Then you decide you can't help because for some reason you think I'm not in the UK? Customer service is very poor.

I visited the Bermuda park restaurant yesterday at 15.06
After ordering on the app and hour previously. When I arrived I opened the app. Clicked drive thru. Then the app crashed. Couldn't order food.
@JLlewelynBowen That was a cause that Karen had dear to her heart, she campaigned for this and joined many groups fighting it. We've all been shafted. Unfortunately Karen passed away 3 weeks before she was due to get her pension. She had gotten the figures through and was looking forward to it.
Last posting today … time was, at 60, I could have claimed the pension I’ve spent my entire adult working life (23-now) paying towards. A few thoughts…
Pensions are not a gift. They are a right. We have paid for this right.
Pensions should not be taxed as income.

@nationalexpress I am an ex employee with over 42 years service. I've been trying to renew my swift pass. The phone line tells me to contact Lauren Pollard. I've emailed her several times but she's not replying. When I phoned the help desk again, they refer me back to Lauren.
