@Barolodog We're sorry to hear you experienced separation, this is natural, and likely happened when you switched to a lighter or more acidic roast. We recommend shaking well and using medium or dark roast and that should work. Please reach out directly if those suggestions don't help.

@lmartine Hi Shasta! These recent changes come from updates to FDA labeling regulations. The water is still filtered; however, it is not an FDA requirement to include this in the ingredients statement so we decided to simplify.

@theredberuska Hey Laura! Have you tried our 11.2oz cartons? In most retailers, that sell nutpods, you can find them in the coffee and tea aisle. We also offer them on nutpods.com and Amazon. That's our smallest size and it may be helpful for your dairy alternative transition 💚

@gordotam19 @SevenFigure001 nutpods should be in the fridge after opening and using within 7-10 days. After the 10th day we recommend disposing of the old carton and opening a new one 💚

@nutpods @SevenFigure001 Is it ok to used if it’s been opened and in the fridge for over two weeks? How do you know if it has gone bad? I know the carton says use with in 7-10 days.
