@nvbaker1 @SW_Help I'm sorry to hear this. It seems no leniency is granted to those who've made a genuine mistake while wilful fare evasion too often goes unchallenged. With regards to the previously cancelled service, do remember to claim delay repay if applicable to at least get some money back.

@SW_Help Hey! Can you help? Purchased train ticket at Chertsey proof of purchase of EXACT amount on card. Chertsey to Waterloo £25.90- same journey made x3 times a week. lost return ticket to be told I just have to lose money & buy new ticket. Is that correct?

@SW_Help Wow, harsh when I have everything matching as proof. It’s already so expensive and you’re asking me to pay more for a genuine mistake. 🤯 This comes day after you were unable to fulfil your part of paid deal with train cancelled half way through journey @swtrains_watch

@SW_Help morning- can you please confirm that the changes to the Chertsey AM timetable are just this week, whilst the engineering works are happening? It really impacts the fast commute connection from Chertsey to Weybridge- meaning we can never make the connection for London.

@SW_Help Thanks - no I understand that- just want to ensure that it is just for the duration of this week and not a permanent change? I can work around but if it’s permanent I’m going to have to change how I travel because it would make Chertsey & Addlestone non commutable towns

@nvbaker1 Hi, there is currently engineering work between Staines and Windsor which has led to some services being retimed for this week. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. ^RC

@SW_Help It’s the 31 from Chertsey to Weybridge and it can usually make the weybridge 37- but for sure the 43 to London waterloo (which is the fast line) We’ve just missed both and now waiting to 8.00 which is the slow train

@SWR_failway @SW_Help Highly frustrating when you actively get a 30 minute earlier train from Chertsey to Weybridge (7.01) to just be held by delayed outbound train, miss connection (7.11) to Waterloo just to wait half an hour anyway at Weybridge!

@SW_Help can I ask why the Chertsey train times to weybridge have changed (all scheduled about 3 mins later) to make it impossible to make an already tight connection at Weybridge for onwards to London? @swtrains_watch

@nvbaker1 @swtrains_watch Hi Nicola, due to engineering works in the Staines area this week train times have been altered on any services running through this area. This applies every day this week. ^TW

08.11 train was at platform as we pulled in but missed, next train 20 minute wait. So frustrating

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch considering your previous two trains from weybridge to Chertsey were cancelled (18.10 and 17.40) you could have waited one minute for passengers on the delayed aldershot train to pick up connection. Really poor
