Tôi đã bị @okx cướp trắng trợn 20.000 Đô La Mỹ như thế nào? Tóm tắt: vào ngày 26/05/2024 tôi có mua $20.000 USDT (tôi có đủ bằng chứng cung cấp rằng hoàn toàn là số tiền của tôi 100% không liên quan đến phạm pháp) của một người tôi thường xuyên giao dịch trên chợ Hà Nội (chợ mua bán USDT không qua sàn), sau khi chuyển tiền lên sàn OKX thì tôi không thể RÚT TIỀN hay có BẤT KỲ THAO TÁC GÌ LIÊN QUAN đến số tiền đó, OKX không hề có động thái nào THÔNG BÁO hay YÊU CẦU THÊM THÔNG TIN về số tiền $20.000 USDT đó, OKX đã ĐƠN PHƯƠNG xử lý từ ngà 26/05/2024 cho tới ngày 30 tháng 7 sau nhiều TÔI CỐ GẮNG LIÊN LẠC qua email với OKX thì tôi mới nhận được thông báo số tiền của tôi đã bị Cục Điều tra Liên bang Los Angeles tịch thu (hình số 1). Tôi đã cố liên lạc với đặc vụ FBI theo thông tin mà OKX cung cấp HƠN 1 THÁNG (4 lần email, hình số 3) nhưng không nhận được phản hồi nào về hồ sơ và tôi CŨNG ĐÃ LIÊN LẠC OKX để cung cấp hồ sơ nhưng KHÔNG NHẬN ĐƯỢC PHẢN HỒI nào. OKX đang cố CƯỚP TIỀN CỦA NGƯỜI DÙNG? Tôi nghĩ tôi nên CẢNH BÁO đến mọi người về TÊN CƯỚP MANG TÊN OKX! Vụ việc cụ thể theo thời gian: 1. Ngày 26/05/2024 sau khi mua $20.000 USDT và chuyển lên sàn tôi không thể RÚT TIỀN hay có BẤT KỲ THAO TÁC GÌ LIÊN QUAN đến số tiền đó. 2. Tôi đã viết email cho OKX HƠN 10 LẦN (hình số 2) từ ngày 26/05/2024 cho tới ngày 21/07/2025 nhưng câu trả lời nhận lại là: "chúng tôi xin thông báo rằng, do tính chất phức tạp của quá trình điều tra, hiện tại chúng tôi chưa thể cung cấp khung thời gian cụ thể. Rất mong quý khách thông cảm vì chúng tôi cần thêm thời gian để tiến hành điều tra." => OKX đã ĐƠN PHƯƠNG làm nhưng tại thời điểm đó và sau khi tịch thu số tiền OKX HOÀN TOÀN VÔ TRÁCH NHIỆM với khách hàng, OKX không cung cấp hồ sơ gì cho tôi liên quan tới vụ việc. How I Was Robbed of $20,000 USD by @okx @wallet Summary: On May 26, 2024, I purchased $20,000 USDT (I have full evidence proving this was 100% my money with no relation to any illegal activities) from a trader I regularly deal with in Hanoi’s OTC market. After transferring the funds to OKX, I was unable to WITHDRAW or perform ANY ACTION related to that $20,000 USDT. OKX made NO ATTEMPT to notify me or request any additional information regarding the funds. From May 26 until July 30, despite my repeated emails to OKX, they UNILATERALLY handled the matter and only then informed me that my funds had been seized by the FBI Los Angeles Division (see image 1). I attempted to contact the FBI agent via the details provided by OKX for OVER A MONTH (4 separate emails, see image 3) but received no reply or case file. I also tried to provide documentation directly to OKX, but received NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Is OKX deliberately ROBBING its users? I believe it’s important to WARN everyone about this THIEF called OKX! Timeline of events: May 26, 2024 – After purchasing $20,000 USDT and transferring it to OKX, I was unable to withdraw or perform ANY ACTION related to the funds. I wrote over 10 EMAILS to OKX (see image 2) between May 26, 2024 and July 21, 2025. The only replies I received were: “Due to the complex nature of the investigation, we cannot provide a specific timeframe at this moment. We kindly ask for your patience as we proceed.” => OKX acted UNILATERALLY, and even after confiscating the funds, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY towards the customer. They provided me with NO official documents or case files related to the incident. THE ISSUE: OKX IS A BLATANT THIEF! HOW MANY MORE CUSTOMERS AND USERS WILL BE ROBBED IN THE SAME WAY? THEY FABRICATE A LEGAL-SOUNDING EXCUSE BUT PROVIDE NO EVIDENCE! THEY GIVE YOU NO WARNING, NO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION, AND SIMPLY STEAL YOUR FUNDS OUTRIGHT! #OKX #OKXSCAM
