@KDJmedia1 It may have to do with travel and even resources for some schools like Plattsburgh Seton and Watertown IHC, that are pretty far removed from other private schools and may co-op with public schools.

This is exactly what Section 1 has proposed. And several veteran administrators in NY have opposed the concept

To be fair, someone should explain the concept of the government’s subpoena power to compel testimony vs. the concept of a 5th Amendment privilege against self-incrimination being asserted by someone accused of a crime.

As you may have seen by now, we were emailed Robert Cosgrove's response to our motion to dismiss at 11:30 last night. He did not ask for an extension (after already getting a 3 week extension) but felt fine passing it in 8 days late with ZERO CONSEQUENCES. Clearly deadlines are not actually deadlines in Massachusetts. Middle school students are held to a higher standard than that by their teachers. To make matters worse he filed this the day before Thanksgiving, when he knew me and my legal defense team would be planning time with our families for the holiday, thus giving us less time to read it and prepare. I haven't even had a chance to read it yet. Norfolk County is completely lawless, and the people who run it are all corrupt. Robert Cosgrove is OK with this because he's getting paid over $200K a year to declare war on the First Amendment.
