@twelcher15 San Jose isn’t a large market. We had 7.4% odds to move up. Kind of hard to complain. Also—Gretzky, Brodeur, Hull, MacInnis etc all played for the Blues. It has one of the best alumni associations in the league. It’s not like it’s impossible for us to get FAs.

For clarity: #stlblues can’t acquire generational talents in free agency because none of them want to come to STL They also will never win the draft lottery because Bettman will pull the bingo balls of the same large markets to make sure they’re the ones that draft them
