"You've been working too hard lately. Clear your schedule this weekend, I'm taking care of everything." (A man speaking) “Show me what you're wearing.” (An agent of darkness speaking) "Natural hair looks good on you " (An Ancient goat speaking) “Do you have food at home.” (A Roadside Rat speaking) "What do you bring to the table.” (A dust particle speaking)

Gym Girl Math: Everything you eat after leg day will go to the glutes.
Chief of Beauty Staff@rachaelbereba

People ask me what I did to grow my glutes from a size 4 to a size 14 in about 14 months… so here’s the truth nobody wants to hear: First of all, I loved myself when I was skinny too. I’ve always been athletic. I was always hiking, running, active, and comfortable in my body. I maintained that size for years because I am a Model . But eventually, I wanted something different. So I worked for it. I trained legs 3–4x a week. Consistently. Not “when I felt motivated.” Not “when I wanted gym pictures.” Consistently. And I stopped training randomly. I knew exactly what I wanted: More glutes. Not bigger quads. Not just “thick legs.” GLUTES 🍑 So I trained for THAT. My workouts revolved around: – Hip thrusts – Bulgarian split squats – Glute-focused movements – Form correction – Glute medius, minimus & maximus activation I spent months learning how to actually FEEL my glutes working instead of letting my quads take over every movement. Most people load plates too early. I perfected my form first. My training split was probably 70/30 or 60/40: Glutes first, everything else second. And I remember one girl in the gym telling me: “You should stop focusing so much on glutes and work more quads so your body can balance out.” I was irritated because… this is MY body. We didn’t come to the gym for the same goals. You wanted one physique. I wanted another. I told her respectfully: “You’re not my coach. I know exactly what I came here for.” People kept telling me: “Your legs will look too skinny.” “You need more quads.” “You should balance it more.” I shunned them. But I didn’t want to be quad dominant. I wanted glute-focused training. I wanted THAT shape. Everybody laughed at the “BBL allegations” jokes… but lowkey that was the vision 🥹😁 Meanwhile I was in the gym eating like my life depended on it. I ate in a calorie surplus. I prioritized protein. I ate carbs. I ate A LOT. At some point I was eating 5 times a day and snacking in between because I understood my body couldn’t grow from nothing. I made my own smoothies. My own milkshakes. Even my own protein powder. Then I trained HARD. And the craziest part? For months, I barely saw changes. That’s the stage where most people quit. No viral “30-day challenge.” No magic workout. No secret tea. No surgery. Just repetition, food, patience, recovery, progressive overload, and showing up even when the mirror wasn’t showing me anything yet. Then one day… everything started growing at once. 😌😌Hard work was paying off. The monies spent on food was coming together. People see the results now, but they don’t see the months where I looked the same, felt discouraged, and still kept going anyway. Your body really rewards consistency. Just not immediately. STICK TO YOUR PLAN, don’t let anyone force theirs on you.

@o1strades Lol. True. I always wondered why people believed those videos. He’s literally so popular and recognizable of course when you see him in his cleaner attire you know exactly who he is.😂

Someone called out Anatoly for faking his videos on ig. You know those videos where the big guys pretend they can’t lift what he’s lifting 😂. I wonder how so many people believed him😂. He’d be a ranked powerlifter if he was actually that strong. He’s not even close.

Training angry hits different. You stop caring about reps, time, or pain. You just keep lifting until your head clears.

Cardio before lifting or lifting before cardio? Gym people, bodybuilders, strength trainers - settle this. If someone walks into the gym for the FIRST time trying to: • lose fat • build muscle • get toned • improve stamina • stay healthy long term …what should they prioritize and why? And what’s the biggest beginner mistake nobody talks about?
