@ONEESAMASama Clearly doesn't NEED to since its been 13 years. Unless you are gonna convince everyone to not get angry at me when some things are nerfed, then we have a deal!

Problem is Volts 4th uses fake Electricity instead of the actual status, 13 year old decision. I did look into changing it a few years ago, but couldn't match the exact behavior of the fake version with real ones, and some of the changes could be seen as nerfs, so left it alone.
