The jury found him guilty of civilly liable for sexual abuse because at the time, New York defined rape as the forceful penetration of a woman's vagina with a penis. He uses his fingers. New York has since changed it to include fingers in the definition.

I've also never lied about my academic performance, and certainly not in the context of trying to convince prospective voters that I'm smarter than I actually am.
