@ultra17914873 @LKMP_Megazord18 When did I ever complain about any of that? First, mega rayquasa isn’t even in champions, second, why would I complain about bans of pokemon that are banned in the official format? I’m not complaining about those bans, don’t put words in my mouth.

@LKMP_Megazord18 @SmogonU First off, didn’t say that. Second off, smogon’s bans and philosophy have a downstream effect on the entire community and you don’t have to play it to critique it due to that. I wish I could ignore it for the life of me, nothing disingenuous about that.

@LynusTheReaper This also is what bothers me. Every single hypothetical brought up is the player in a negative battle state. What if i have multiple tanks that make it no issue? What if i’m hyper offensive? Different play styles make some of these non-issues, but that’s never acknowledged

@oasisofmind13 I also said pressure application. It's harder to keep your 100+ speed mon healthy when you gotta bring it in to handle other threats. Now it's taking hazards and potentially an attack. Rinse and repeat until Lucario can take it out with a priority move

listen ik 6v6 is a different metagame but these are genuinely so easy to counter using things legal in their format in ranked singles man. i remain unable to understand how these were “terrorizing” players.

@LynusTheReaper Playing passively is easily punishable. Gen 8 6v6 it was so easy to keep my win con in the back until anything that threatened it was gone. If lucario gives you problems, keep your 100+ speed mon ready in the back. It’s pretty simple here

@oasisofmind13 It's harder to outright counter things in 6v6. Over the course of a longer game, counters get chipped, statused, etc. A halfway decent player can navigate counters through smart switching and pressure application
