This morning, I had the TV on Spectrum and watched Young Sheldon. I was greeted with the audio description along with the program. There is no way to turn off the audio track option. It’s not the screen reader option. I’m stumped at what to do to fix it @Ask_Spectrum

@CourtneyS52 On a Roku, try these steps: Go to Settings / Accessibility / Screen reader and set it to off. You may also want to change the Shortcut setting here to off, as normally you can toggle it off and on by hitting the star button four times in a row.
