Mikel is trying to force himself on us claiming he is the most decorated player to have ever played for the Super Eagles, while Osimhen subtly agreed with him, maybe because he didn't want to burst his bubble.
Meanwhile, even the more decorated and widely celebrated Kanu Nwankwo (Papilo) has never come online to boast about being the most accomplished Super Eagles player, or even one of the most decorated footballers in African history.

First pre-season game under Amorim: - Camarda is very good for his age, looks way further in his development than Kostic. Same goed for Comotto - Amorim needs another ball-playing center back. Pavlovic is not good enough on the ball. - Chukwueze as right wingback is gonna cause chaos in the Serie A. - Good overloads & patterns already. Especially in the second half - Losing the ball in stupid positions is something that needs to be worked on - Fofana was good Modric, Rabiot, Maignan, Ramos and Leão still need to return, but overal I think the performance showed a lot of promise.

People like to immediately rubbish Mikel Obi, especially when he says anything. Like it or not he is a football LEGEND and he achieved more than many people you like.

If Mikel says he’s the most decorated then so be it! It is arguably factual.
