This has blown my mind …. A great deal of TAVI or TEVAR strokes is caused by micro bubbles in the systems and not necessarily by microemboli… and there is a way to sort this out flushing with CO2… #TCT2021 #cardiotwitter … maybe that’s why cerebral protection dev don’t work?

#Thrombectomy is a game changer if successful for people who have suffered a stroke due to blockage of a large artery. In the #EastofEngland there are no active thrombectomy services. Time is brain in stroke 1/2

So my question to @MattHancock why is there not an active service for Mechanical Thrombectomy serving Suffolk, Norfolk or Cambridge. I will be tweeting this every week till I get a response. I do not have many followers so please retweet and raise the awareness
