@laban_ach On PIL, the High Court has severally proven to be inquisitorial. At times I wonder why the AG even bothers to respond when the court will end up arguing the petitioners point either way.

@ochiamos That's why we are an adversarial jurisdiction meaning any lawyer quoting to you a precedent not from the supreme Court is a bad practitioner. We only care about what SCORK says is binding law. No one would invalidate this for so many reasons.

I don't think you can ever be truly ready for a child, life mat come at you fast and now your whole life has to shift, and it's not like you weren't ready prior, also, kids are an expensive endeavor, from start to endless, and sadly, no backsies once they are already here.

Kilifi was still the best location for the plant. A huge loss for the county. At some point, the government has to confront the anti-coal and anti-nuclear lobbyists. Good for Orengo standing firm when the Luo council of elders started speaking against the project.

While I agree that people need a better financial plan before having kids. Saying that to that young man won't unbirth the baby. What we can do is help keep baby safe, get mama healed. And advocate for contraceptives so that there isn't a baby number 3 when they make up.

@laban_ach Let me ask. If youths in Sugoi or other perceived Ruto strongholds start doing this, would you hold the same view? Our elections are the most regulated world over. We've even legislated the size and appearance of ballot papers. Something that should be left to common sense.
