@odishayatri @CRUT_BBSR I booked an auto through the Odisha Yatri app and the fare shown was ₹164. However, the driver demanded ₹300, saying that night fares are higher. When I refused to cancel the ride, he said it didn’t matter to him. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs strict action.

@odishayatri your app is the worst app...worst driver you have kept...they take up rides and stay at the filling station...it was only me and my child and were in a hurry to go to school...he came late then was not at the location....had to cancel school because of that ride...

First of all the driver asked to cancel the ride and forced me to go with offline mode and charged me ₹300 which is initially online mode the price was ₹113,I changed extra ₹287..Please solve this issue

The bus did arrive, but did not stop due to extreme overcrowding.
What is the point of booking if passengers are left behind like this?
