When I refused, he asked me to cancel the ride and used abusive slang when I declined. This is unacceptable. Please take immediate action against the driver or I’ll pursue legal action.

@odishayatri @CRUT_BBSR I booked an auto through the Odisha Yatri app and the fare shown was ₹164. However, the driver demanded ₹300, saying that night fares are higher. When I refused to cancel the ride, he said it didn’t matter to him. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs strict action.

After that I went to @Uber_India and book a moto and same driver picked my booking. And during the call when he understands I'm the same person he abused me at the end of the of the call. And also I have the recording of the same. @UberIN_Support

Today I booked a moto in @Olacabs".The driver demand extra fare. I Denied to pay, but instead of canceling, he refused to come & kept me waiting for 30 mins. And also during call his behavior was very rude and I recorded this conversation too. @ola_supports
