None of that matters when it comes to darts. I've watched at least 300 games of live darts in the last 2 years, and I've seen women beat men on multiple occasions.
Darts is a mental sport and it's more about who wants it more on the day. It's got nothing to do with physical attributes as majority of darts players look unfit.
