13 hours of sleep <3 I think I will do one or two more. i want to go back to bed and wake up at 7 am

I took speech and debate classes for 2 years and somehow learned nothing from it. all my friends in the class always talked about how fun it was, but i hated every performance and tournament. exposure therapy didn't actually help me very much with performing. I think im doomed

people act nice to me but then they complain about other people engaging in the same habits as me. it just makes me think about how fake people can be sometimes. when i stutter, do you think those same things about me as you did about him?
