Let me put it this way. If youre a scout, youre basing your analysis on what you see right? That is using your eyes, which can be subjective to what you believe in a players skillset and potential. Each person sees things differently from different perspectives making the eye test alone a subjective indicator without actual fact to back it up. The eye test is not quantifiable making a qualitative attribute. It is a direct measure on your perspective thought on a player based on what you see. Thats why in conjunction with stats can it only be validated. Otherwise, you appear as a "know it all" using the eye test alone as a reasonable measure. @afern_alex right?

The eye test is not subjective. Either a player is performing well, or they aren't. Weighted stat cards tell less of the true story.

If Hronek is actually onthe trade block, the #NHLBruins need to get on the phone. The right-shot defender is turning 29 in November, has six years remaining on his contract at $7.25 million, and has topped 35 points in 4 of the last 5 years. Acquiring him allows you to maximize the Pastrnak/McAvoy window while also providing you the runway to draft/develop defensive prospects for the next wave of Bruins. If the price is right, I'd like to see a deal

They were young and they have plenty of prospects and money to work with. Other than a couple of players in their phone, Bruins are in anawful position comparatively
