“She turned her wheels!” Ok. Did she also- Arrive there to be obstructive? Park perpendicular in the road? Intend to leave her partner there? Fail to exit the vehicle when told to (after 4 minutes you don’t want to talk about) Accelerate with a human in front of her?

She was in the motion of getting away and he was in front. Had he took the time to step to the side instead of pulling out his gun he wouldn’t have been hit.

Its obvious she wouldn’t listen to the other one yelling and opening her door because he didn’t have authority to do so. The guy didn’t get hit. What you saw was him jumping to his right.

@ThankElon @ethetician @CarlHigbie It wasn’t her intention to hit him. That’s the difference between intentionally throwing a brick vs trying to get away and someone gets hit because they were in front on the vehicle.

@ethetician @CarlHigbie If you throw a brick at a cop and it scores only a glancing blow, the cop <might> notice you’re out of bricks, and calmly arrest you. But many cops will defend themselves, and it is their right to do so.
