I built 131 Claude skills for outbound, content, LinkedIn, SEO, and growth into one plugin.
131 skills. 11 domains. One /bootstrap command.
Our clients kept hearing the same thing from prospects: *"Your outreach actually sounds like you."*
That doesn't come from better prompts. It comes from a system that reads your brand, voice, and ICP automatically.
▶️ The foundation (built once)
→ /bootstrap - onboards Claude to your brand, voice, and ICP. Every skill reads that context automatically.
→ ICP document - loaded once, referenced by every skill without manual pulling.
→ Brand and voice layer - installed at setup. Every output reflects your positioning, not a template.
Most teams skip this and go straight to prompting. Then wonder why everything sounds the same.
▶️ The skill layer
→ Outbound and email for personalised sequencing at scale
→ LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube for social across every format
→ Content and copywriting that reflects your documented voice
→ Analytics and research for signal detection and account intelligence
→ Strategy and positioning for ICP, messaging, and competitive work
47 growth and product skills alone.
▶️ The execution layer
→ Plain-language task detection - skills activate automatically
→ Cross-referencing - a cold email pulls from brand, voice, and ICP simultaneously
→ Output grading - if it reads generic, one fix: make it specific enough it can't describe any other company
Compatible with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and any Agent Skills spec agent.
▶️ Repurpose
→ One validated outbound skill = one framework cross-referenced into content, SEO, positioning, and paid. No rebuilding.
→ Repurposing is not copy-pasting. It's cross-referencing.
▶️ Maintain
→ /bootstrap refresh updates every skill automatically
→ Monthly voice refresh. Quarterly domain audit.
The system gets smarter the longer it runs.
▶️ Delivery
→ Claude Code or Claude Cowork. 4 installation methods in the setup guide.
Bootstrap → detect → activate → cross-reference → draft → grade → repurpose → refresh
Your skill library is your GTM brain.

After shipping 250+ apps and making $3M+ with AI, I built a course for @lovable apps—and I'm giving it away.
In the past two years, we cracked the code to building apps with AI. Refining our process as the tools got better.
I've distilled everything into this single document.
Comment "Build" and drop a follow. I'll DM it to you.
P.S. This will likely blow up, so give me some time to reply.

I built a zero-person AI newsletter business that did $2,000+ in revenue last month.
No team. No payroll. No freelancers.
Just 4 AI agents running the entire operation (and I spend less than 4 hours a week on it).
Here's how the system works:
→ A CEO agent sets the vision and orchestrates every hire
→ A Growth Engineer scrapes local news, Reddit, and event venues into a daily JSON database
→ A Content Director reads that database, curates the best events, and writes every Thursday newsletter in my voice
→ A Sales Director fields every ad lead, generates ad creative with nano banana, and closes deals over email
→ All orchestrated through Paperclip AI & powered by Claude Code
Spokane Pulse (my local newsletter) now has 6,662 subscribers and a 47.5% open rate, almost double the industry average.
Local newsletters are quietly printing money. Naptown Scoop does $320K/year. Wichita Life clears six figures. The model is wide open in almost every city, especially when building it in an AI-native way.
If you want the full blueprint and step-by-step walkthrough video, Like, RT, and comment "PULSE" (must be following so I can dm you)
I'll send you the exact Paperclip AI company export I use to run Spokane Pulse. You can clone it, swap in your city, and ship.

I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ.
4X ROAS on $1M+ spent.
Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English:
→ bulk edits across platforms
→ custom audiences from CRM lists
→ creative fatigue detection before CTR dips
→ bid adjustments at scale
→ performance audits across periods
Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo. Must be following.

Every AI-built website looks the same.
Purple gradient hero. Sparkle emojis. "Sarah Chen" testimonials. Same layout.
Vibe coding works for code. It does NOT work for design.
I made a free SKILL[dot]md file that fixes this.

my prompt library is the worst scam in ai design and here's the red flags from just this week 🚩
- day 1: 3D landing hero section
- day 2: cyberpunk volumetric shaders
- day 3: sentient 3D core
- day 4: microlender protocol (today)
- 220+ hours of testing behind each one
- skills: those are for childrens
- people are building $3k pages with $0 tools
- it's completely free
horrifying. reply "PROMPT-4" to not miss the 3k$ website design pack.

Stop prompting AI to "make me a landing page."
220+ hours testing taught me this:
Generic prompts → pretty pages
My prompts → pages that sell
The pack includes:
→ 3D Landing Hero Section (Yesterday)
→ Cyberpunk Volumetric Shaders (Today)
→ Microlender Protocol
Like + reply "PROMPT-3" for the library.

Spent 50+ hours mastering Gemini 3.0 prompts.
Here's what most people get wrong:
They write prompts like requests.
I write prompts like technical specs.
The difference:
❌ "Make this icon look like glass"
✅ "Transform into translucent glass with glossy reflections, realistic refraction, liquid-glass material, iridescent edges in electric red/orange/gold, intense highlights, visible depth and curvature. Camera: Canon EOS R5, 85mm f/1.2, f/2.8."
Specificity isn't optional.
It's the entire game.
Like + reply "GEMINI" for my full prompt library.

🚨 INTRODUCING: @claudeai just got a huge upgrade today
Claude Opus 4.6 can now build iOS/Android apps
And help you PUBLISH them on the iOS/Apple + Google/Play app stores
We just launched Shipper as a way to empower Claude to:
✅ Build complete mobile apps
✅ Recreate existing apps
✅ Assure iOS & Android compatibility
✅ Autofill listings for both app stores (app icon, images, descriptions, keywords, privacy policy etc)
Claude Opus 4.6 can do all of the above in one prompt for ~$0.17/app... Publishable from the first prompt & built in 5 mins, not months.
You can try it on Shipper by asking Claude to "create a mobile app for my business" or "create an iOS app for my idea".
To celebrate this huge step forward, if you comment "SHIP" I'll give random free get free credits.

This should probably be a paid course.
It’s basically my full @Lovable workflow.
I spent weeks recording this.
10 modules covering everything:
→ Planning inside ChatGPT/Claude
→ Building the entire frontend and backend
→ Adding AI features
→ Stripe payments
→ Deploying to production
The same workflow I've refined after shipping 40+ SaaS for clients and refined after teaching 1000+ builders.
If you stick to this, you will be able to ship your SaaS in the next 10 days. I promise you that.
Comment “LOVABLE” and I will DM you the link.

I just merged all top n8n automations that help creators and business owners.
Can’t believe I’m about to reveal this to everyone.
Check this out:
→ Auto-generates high-converting hooks & captions with ChatGPT
→ Dynamically creates AI images based on your posts (yes, like memes... but juiced)
→ Logs everything — prompts, captions, images, platform info — into a clean Google Sheet (so you look smart)
→ Prepares ready-to-approve HTML email previews for clients or team
→ Routes final posts straight to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads (it’s like a content octopus 🐙)
→ Archives every post to Google Drive for future use (hello, content repurposing heaven)
No Zapier. No VA burnout.
No duct-tape spaghetti mess.
Like + reply “YES” & I’ll send you the FULL workflow + setup FREE!
