As a partner at an early-stage venture firm, I spend 100s of hours each year reading pre-seed/seed pitch decks. The best are short, concise, and to-the-point. Every slide answers a specific question. These are the pieces you have to have, and the story that I’m interested in.

This is a very significant worry - and it is not (just) COVID related. It is a trend that has been evident since 2017 - significantly more capital going to later stage businesses while early-stage businesses are struggling...
