As I’ve explained many times (including in the comments here, which you could easily read before taking the time to save the picture and make this comment) I went to the Italian school in Teheran. That was my English class with an American teacher. The school name is Pietro Della Valle, you can google it (and it was de-facto bilingual, English and Italian). @PegahSilvia went there too, and she can confirm as we were both Italian-Iranians who went to that school.
