If a legitimate case of theft of services is carried out, it will represent a big win for the hard working mom and pops in oilfield services. Fly by night crooks taking advantage of rig companies and other oilfield service/supply shops would almost cease to exist overnight if there were chances of catching a felony. Massive boost to not just West Texas but the entire state if that precedence can be set.
