I call them because I haven’t heard anything regarding a rebate or them changing the amount I’m paying, to be told they have “temporarily closed their council tax services” to get ready for the next tax year in April and was told it’s not a quick process (2/3)

been in the wrong council tax band for the last 6 years. I sent a challenge (I had to give THEM the information) which they have finally reply to (after 1 year!!!) saying I was correct and should be in a cheaper band.. (1/3)
