Built sqz - compresses LLM context so you stop paying for tokens that carry zero signal. → Repeated file reads: 13 tokens instead of 2,000 → JSON with nulls: 56% smaller → Error messages: untouched (on purpose) cargo install sqz-cli && sqz init github.com/ojuschugh1/sqz
